Cover for steering gear (nickel-plated steel)
Ford Model T 1915-1927
Description
This is a later steering gear cover, suitable for 1916 to 1927 models.
Nickel plated steel and a stainless round head bolt for fixing in position.
The center hole is drilled to the original Ford specification
with 0.937 /0.9375" diameter.
The matching repair kit for the steering gear has the part number T-3517-BS
Notice :
We have found that many of the reproduction steering gears,
that go through this hole are oversized and need to be adjusted.
The shaft diameter should be .936/.9365".
