Reverse current switch (cut out) modern diode version 6V 20A for positive ground without Ford Script
Ford Model A 1928-1931
Rated for a full 20 amps of continuous operation.
No more stuck points with this shutdown
To be used for positive ground systems only
This state-of-the-art semiconductor unit modernizes and replaces the original relay type of previous years.
It is designed to have a maximum output of 20 amps
of the original Ford DC generator of the third brush can process continuously
This shutdown electrically connects the generator to the battery when the output voltage is greater than the battery voltage
It breaks the connection if the battery voltage is greater than the alternator output voltage
The battery does not discharge when the generator is running
There are no mechanical/moving internal parts that "stuck" like in traditional relay shutdown.
